Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketable and high-demand products based on the company's product requirements, and lead the annual development plan.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate market potential, analyze product prospects, optimize the supply chain, and finely manage aspects such as product lifecycle, pricing, and product upgrades.
- Identify the selling points of the products, assist in handling product quality and usage-related issues during the sales process, and control quality risks associated with the products.
- Collaborate with the execution of sales plans based on market demand and sales feedback, and develop new products accordingly.
- Conduct systematic planning and analysis management for the product line, formulate product development and operational plans, and have the ability to undertake secondary development of products based on requirements.
- Possess independent judgment and clear thinking in product positioning, excel in data analysis, evaluation, summarization, and adjustment, and demonstrate initiative and a strategic mindset in product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a regular university, no specific major required, with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered with a diploma from a junior college. Proficient in procurement processes, with the ability to control costs and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with the current status of industries such as stationery, gifts, and daily necessities, with a track record of successful product development.
- Proactive and proactive in work, with flexible and logical thinking, sharp market analysis skills, and good data analysis abilities.

- 了解文具、礼品、日用品等行业行业现状，有产品开发的成功经历；
- 工作积极主动，思维灵活且有逻辑性，敏锐的市场分析能力，良好的数据分析能力。
