Job Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans for the team based on the sales targets assigned by the company, execute and track the progress of sales goals to ensure the completion of departmental sales tasks.
- Explore and maintain overseas markets, promote company products, seek and follow up with international clients to generate effective orders.
- Manage and track customer orders, actively coordinate with various departments to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of orders.
- Actively maintain customer relationships, update progress with customer relations, understand customer needs, and cultivate good relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Responsible for talent development within the team, participate in the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of rewards and penalties for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a regular university, no specific major required, with at least 3 years of work experience in the foreign trade industry.
- Familiar with import and export business processes, knowledgeable about foreign trade laws and regulations, and possess expertise in trade management and related skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proficient in the use of office software.
- Strong organizational and management skills, good communication and negotiation skills, innovative mindset, team collaboration ability, service-oriented mindset, passion, career-driven, and ability to handle pressure effectively.

- 具备优秀的组织管理能力，良好的沟通和谈判技巧，良好的创新意识、团队合作能力及服务意识，有激情，有事业心，抗压能力强；
