Job Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the company's import and export documentation process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation.
- Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to handle import and export documentation matters.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Track the logistics and transportation status of orders, including shipment schedules and flights, to ensure timely delivery of goods to their destinations.
- Handle import and export customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance and timeliness.
- Resolve transportation issues and exceptions related to import and export goods, including customs approvals, warehousing, insurance, and other related matters.
- Monitor changes in international trade policies and regulations, making necessary adjustments and providing guidance and advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for relevant fields such as international trade or logistics management.
- Extensive experience in import and export documentation operations, with a strong understanding of international trade and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders to handle complex documentation matters.
- Strong organizational and management skills, able to efficiently arrange and supervise workflow.
- Excellent time management and adaptability, capable of handling and resolving issues in urgent situations.
- Proficiency in using office software and documentation systems, such as Excel, Word, and ERP.
