Job Responsibilities
- Execute the quality inspection plan for products, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Utilize appropriate inspection tools and equipment to perform inspections on product appearance, dimensions, weight, functionality, etc.
- Determine whether products meet specified quality requirements based on standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Record and report inspection results, including issues and anomalies, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in resolving quality issues and participate in product quality investigations and the formulation of corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience and understanding of basic principles and methods of quality control and inspection.
- Familiarity with quality standards and specifications, with the ability to accurately assess product quality. Proficiency in using various quality inspection tools and equipment, with good operational skills.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail to identify defects and issues in products.
- Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork to effectively coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to independently address quality anomalies and provide improvement suggestions.
- Good time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of inspection tasks.
